Championship-caliber roster management around an elite QB. Reid famously undervalues the RB position and prioritizes skill-position versatility. Veach aggressively trades up and back to keep the roster loaded with playmakers and pass-rush threats.

Andy Reid's offense almost never features a featured back; he recycles RBs on cheap contracts and reinvests in CB, WR, and TE. Brett Veach is extremely active on draft day, willing to trade up for Patrick Mahomes-era cornerstones. The Chiefs have taken CB very high repeatedly (Spagnuolo's system) and love athletic WRs who can create after the catch.
