By accessing nfldraftmock.com you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we provide

NFL Mock Draft Simulator provides a free NFL Draft simulation tool together with rankings, draft results and written analysis. Everything on this site is provided for information and entertainment. It is not betting advice, and no outcome produced by the simulator is a prediction you should rely on for any financial decision.

No affiliation

This site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with the National Football League, any NFL club, the NFL Players Association, or the NCAA. Team names, logos, marks and player names are the property of their respective owners and are referenced here for identification and commentary purposes only.

Accuracy

We work to keep draft results, rankings and analysis accurate, and we correct errors when they are reported. Even so, the information here is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Draft data changes, and mistakes happen. If you spot one, tell us at contact@nfldraftmock.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit content through the Groups feature that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that impersonates another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its administrative interfaces, its API, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use automated systems to scrape, harvest or systematically download content from the site in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to circumvent any security or rate-limiting measure.

We may remove content or restrict access where these terms are breached.

User-submitted content

Names and picks you submit through the Groups feature are visible to others with access to that group. You are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit personal information about yourself or anyone else beyond a display name. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion, and we will delete a group and its submissions on request from the group's creator.

Intellectual property

The written analysis, rankings compilations, page design, simulation engine and source code of this site are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions of our rankings, results tables or written content without permission.

Where we quote reporting from other outlets, those quotations remain the property of the original author and outlet and are used with attribution for commentary purposes.

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, contact contact@nfldraftmock.com with identification of the work, the URL of the material, and your contact details. We respond to valid notices promptly.

Advertising

This site is supported by advertising served by Google AdSense on our content pages. We do not control which specific advertisements appear, and the appearance of an advertisement is not an endorsement of the advertiser by us.

Availability

We provide the site on a best-effort basis and may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NFL Mock Draft Simulator and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this site, including any loss arising from reliance on information published here.

The site links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
